A useful fit

Cover every field-day station, supply, and shift.

Activity stations

Set the number of open spots for each station.

Set-up and clean-up

Make the before-and-after work visible instead of relying on the usual few people.

Food and water

Coordinate coolers, cups, snacks, serving help, and refill duty.

Welcome and check-in

Cover greeters, name tags, directions, and family check-in.

How it works

Build the volunteer plan in three clear steps.

  1. 1

    List every need

Add stations, jobs, supplies, and the number of spots to cover for each.

  2. 2

    Send families one link

Everyone sees what remains when they open the plan from a phone or computer.

  3. 3

    Focus the follow-up

Spend reminder energy only on the jobs that are still open.

Start with the jobs that already need help.

You can add stations, supplies, and clean-up needs as the plan takes shape.

Good questions

Questions before you send the link?

Can one person choose more than one job?

Yes. A participant can choose multiple items in one response when they have room to help in more than one way.

Can we include donated supplies too?

Yes. Volunteer jobs and requested supplies use the same simple item list and can be organized under separate sections.

Can another organizer help manage the event?

Yes. Account owners can invite people. After accepting, members can view events and help manage those that are still editable.

Does Pitch In Now send automatic reminders?

Not yet. Pitch In Now currently keeps the list and participant commitments clear, but automated reminders are not part of the product today.
