UsesVolunteer coordination

Fill the jobs without adopting a whole software department.

Create one clear event for the jobs, shifts, and supplies in front of you. People choose where they can help, and you see what still needs attention.

A useful fit

Enough structure for the event, without the enterprise detour.

One-day events

Cover greeting, set-up, stations, food, parking, and clean-up.

Community projects

Coordinate crews, materials, refreshments, tools, and delivery.

School and team events

Organize the adults and supplies needed around students and players.

Church and nonprofit events

Fill practical jobs without introducing a larger management platform.

How it works

Give the open work a clear path to getting covered.

  1. 1

    List the open work

Add each job, shift, or supply and the number of spots to cover.

  2. 2

    Share one link

Participants see the latest saved plan when they open it from a phone or computer.

  3. 3

    Manage the gaps

Review responses and focus follow-up on the work that remains.

Have a real event and a rough list?

You have enough to start. Create the event and refine the jobs before sharing.

Good questions

Know what the smaller approach includes.

Is this a full volunteer-management platform?

No. Pitch In Now focuses on clear, event-by-event coordination rather than hours, credentials, background checks, or organization-wide programs.

Can a person choose several jobs?

Yes. Participants can choose multiple items in one response when they have room to help more than once.

Can multiple organizers manage an event?

Yes. Accepted account members can view events together and manage those that are still editable.

Does it send automatic reminders?

Not yet. Organizers can see responses and open needs, but automated reminders are not currently included.

Your people are ready

Keep volunteer coordination focused on the actual event.
